AAA Alta Loma

I don't visit this location often, and previous to these last to contacts, I have had pretty good experiences. First a couple of days ago, I tried to get help with travel accommodations to Ohio to attend my mother's memorial service. I got a Marissa in travel. She didn't seem to listen to any of my requests. She had a take-it-or-leave-it attitude, and when I repeated my travel needs and requests, she rudely hung up. My wife help me find what I needed online with Delta. I also rented a car and wanted to be sure my AAA insurance would cover the rental. I stopped by this location. There weren't that many people waiting but it still took 25 minutes for an insurance agent to call me. She took me to her cubicle and abruptly asked, "How can I help you?" as though I were bothering her. J

I had an exceptional experience at the AAA Rancho location. From the moment I walked in, the reception team was absolutely amazing, welcoming, friendly, and greeting everyone with a genuine smile. The level of customer service was outstanding from start to finish. I’ve been a AAA member for 72 years, and I can confidently say this was the best AAA service experience I’ve ever had. The staff was professional, efficient, and truly went above and beyond to help. I highly recommend this location to anyone needing AAA services, and I will most definitely be returning here for any and all of my future AAA needs. Thank you to the entire team for such a great experience!

Thank you Kourtney and her staff for accomodating an exhausted NorCal-er and staying open a little late on Christmas Eve to finish my side of a car title transfer. I really appreciated their positive attitude, swiftness in getting my paperwork done, and willingness to help in an emergency situation.

My wait time was less then ten minutes. I had a great experience with Chasherie. She helped me with my auto insurance and I was in and out in less then 5 minutes. When I was finished I met with Natasha in travel to plan my bosses next vacation. He never travels, but has always wanted to go to the Hawaiian Islands. Natasha was helpful with all the brochures.

Today I met with a Member Service representative from the Alta Loma branch with a total lack of compassion. My father passed away in early August and I was simply trying to cancel my father’s AAA membership of 61 years. I checked in under my name but she complained to that I didn’t respond fast enough when she unexpectedly called my father’s name instead. Wow. I then informed her of my father’s passing and not a word of condolences. I didn’t have a death certificate but I had his obituary from the LA Times. She stated this was not acceptable even though it had his photo, age and city of residence. I also had his membership card in hand.
