I cannot say enough about this company. We were traveling home from Florida to Ohio when our car died on the side of the road. They replaced the alternator and battery in less than 2 hours with the utmost courtesy and professionalism!

My daughter's alternator had to be replaced, and these guys took care of her. She had to have her car towed to the shop because it would not start. They told her they would be able to fix her car that day, which was a relief because an ice storm was coming the next day. Shout out to manager Dan Turchiarelli for providing excellent customer service and making sure my daughter did not get stranded.

I had my car towed here late Thursday night on 12/4 after an issue with the engine overheating. Friday morning, Robert called me and said it was my radiator and it had to be replaced. He thoroughly explained to me everything else that was wrong with my car and included pictures, and the shop had it all fixed and ready to go by Saturday afternoon on 12/6 at a pretty reasonable price. 10/10 would come to this AAA again!

It was great. The agent lived near me. Brought my maps to a local location and gave me a spiral book of where I needed to go. Very friendly. Can't beat the service.

Dan Turchiatelli has awesome customer service skills and he is very knowledgeable and professional
