AAA Dover Car Care Insurance Travel Center

I recently visited AAA Car Care, Insurance, & Travel to get my fingerprints done, and I had a great experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, and the facility was clean and welcoming. The process was quick and easy. I also noticed they offer other services like passport photos and travel assistance. Even though I don’t have insurance through AAA, I was impressed by the variety of services they provide. Definitely a convenient and reliable place to take care of important tasks!

I met Monica at the reception area and she was courteous and professional. I also sat with Jill for finger prints for my FL Non-Resident Insurance License and she was amazing! Fantastic location, clean, and has many services including insurance!

I have been a AAA member since June of last year. I have had all of my oil changes done at the AAA Dover location, since I have had 149k miles on my 2019 Hyundai Sonata. Each oil change has been done ar approximately 5k intervals and all have been done by the AAA Dover Auto Service Center. On 01/30/2035, with 166k on my car, I reported to the AAA Dover Auto Service Center, that I've been noticing that I've had to put about a quart of oil every 1k since my last oil change. The service manager recommended I get my valve cover gasket replaced and I did on the very next Oil Change, which was on 03/20/2025 at 171k at cost $384 with no mention of a leak from my oil pan. On 05/27/2025 at 175.7k again return to the AAA Dover Auto Service Center, for my next Oil change, I told the service manager,

On Aug 28, my wife and I went to this AAA store to get 2 International Driving Permits. Ms. Koria and an associate were very helpful, served us quickly and assembled photos and the paperwork. It was a very pleasant experience and both were polite and professional. Definitely would go back. If the auto services are anything like the AAA travel service, it's certainly worth a visit.
