AAA East Cobb Car Care Plus

Drove over an hour away to get my IDP done just to find out that the people leave at 1!!! It says that NO WHERE on their website and the phone number they have on their site connects to a useless 1-800 number and you can’t speak to the location at all!! All of this is unacceptable!!!! Staff gave no shits and were not apologetic at all!! Now I have to wait until Monday to get my IDP and I leave the country Tuesday!! Either way I’m going to drive a few minutes further away to not visit this location!! All of this was a waste of time, money (gas) and a waste of my day. Will get my IDP on Monday and cancel my AAA soon after.

This location is really poorly run. They did significant damage to my truck in the past by driving into a pole in the parking lot. That was repaired at no cost but the hassle of dealing with it was all on me. Now they no longer offer air service, the machine has been out of action for weeks. For what I pay for membership - and have never even used the recovery/roadside service - you think I could get my tires inflated!

HUGE shoutout to Jude, Bruce + the entire AAA East Cobb team! Worked with Jude and she was responsive and overly communicative on repair process and stayed true to her word on follow-up. Transparent throughout the process and included clear recommended next steps that were considerate of repair costs. Also special thanks to Service Specialist Bruce who I had a chance to connect with when I retrieved the vehicle. He showed a genuine interest in ensuring that all things were good to go with my vehicle before I drove off the lot. Amazing team all around!

I had a truly disappointing experience at this AAA Care shop. The customer service was severely lacking from the start. There was little to no communication throughout the entire process—I had to constantly call for updates, and even then, the responses were vague or unhelpful. No one seemed to take ownership of the situation or care about keeping me informed. What should have been a straightforward visit turned into a frustrating, drawn-out ordeal. I expected better from a business affiliated with AAA, especially when it comes to professionalism and basic customer courtesy. I won’t be returning and would caution others to consider a different location or service center if you value clear communication and respectful service.

Went to renew my AAA roadside help ! The place was clean customer service was good as usually! Everyone was asked if you needed any help! Yes it was great I went on a Week day!
