Another great experience with AAA. I have been here twice. From booking to check in to pickup is a pleasant experience. Both times were for an oil change and second time a tire rotation was included. Service was quick but also quality. First thing I check after tire rotation is the presence of all tire plugs. Almost every where I have been loses one or more but not AAA. John at the front desk makes the experience even better with great customer service. Very knowledgeable and even good conversations about sports etc. of course when He isn’t helping others. Price is very affordable especially compared to the dealership. I do not see myself taking my gas vehicles anywhere else.

I’ve been coming here since they’ve opened and they are amazing I get pretty much all my work done here. I’ve gotten my breaks done , new Ac unit put in and I come here strictly for my oil changes because of the customer service and how well they work on my car. Jonathan had amazing customer service when scheduling and rescheduling my appointments for me. I even watched him juggle helping me , a lady who walked in as well as somebody on the phone and he did so without frustration and was very nice. The whole staff here is amazing and they do amazing work down to the mechanics. And if you have an issue they have no problem with rectifying it for you. Check this location out 10/10.

Went for oil change. I was told I probably needed fluid change as well. So I got oil n all fluid change. My car run like it never did prior to going there. It leaks fluid which it never did prior. They rotated the tires never checked the sensor light. The best part about going there is the front desk staff was great. The mechanic I don't know about . I'm going to take the car somewhere else to see what is really going on as to why my car is running badly now . It was a simple oil n fluid change with tire rotation. Oh by the way it wasn't cheap.

My splash shield fell off and Jerry and his amazing team helped me to fix it without any delay. This is the To-Go place for our family cars! Thank you so much, AAA Elk Grove and More Power!

I Sure hope Bruceville can do a Much better job than the other AAA On 04/02/2025, I had an appointment at AAA in Folsom, CA to fix my Driver's side window 🪟 that Roadside Assistant use a balloon🎈to open my Driver's side door on a Locked door due a dead battery🔋a TESLA stealing ⚡️electricity from my All powered 2008 Dodge Grand Caravan! The Folsom, CA AAA on Placerville Rd didn't fix the spring➿️ correctly putting it in Backwards! When I pull up on the non-attatched button on the door panel, it made the window go Down instead of Up! Thus, making the Second spring break and I had put tape on my window Again to keep rain from getting in the next day!
