Great service, I had a 2 leaking sway bar bushings on my Toyota Prius. Before taking the vehicle to the dealer, I checked with AAA to see if they did bushing replacements? Yes they do, I called on a Friday and had an appointment the following Monday at 8 am. They checked to see if I really needed the bushings replaced (and they did) and a hour + I was driving home with the job complete and avoided all the sales pitches at the dealership. Great staff.

Short wait for oil change. Eli proactively explained the pricing for tire service my car needed. I did not feel forced or obligated to use their services.

I recently had shocks, struts, and a wheel alignment done. This is my 4th car service at this AAA Auto Repair location. They provide excellent customer service and the mechanics do great work. Eli McGlothin was very courteous and helpful. I did not feel pressure on having suggested service repairs done. I was satisfied with service repairs that were done.

I just talked to the service writer but he was great in keeping me informed on my cars progress. You could not get anyone better for your employee!
