Long overdue, but I have to give a shout out to this place and especially Vicky for getting us back on the road after we were passing through Fairfield and had a fuel injector problem with our Jeep. Vicky work hard to find replacement parts when even the dealership could not. She also excelled at keeping us informed of the progress and explaining the process clearly and concisely. Thanks again for all your help!

I went to AAA to pay my car registration. I only had to wait 10 minutes because I did not have an appointment which is far better than going to the DMV office. The services was Great! And the place was clean and personable.

Had my car towed in for diagnosis of a no-crank/no-start issue caused by an electrical fault. I understand electrical work isn’t easy, but after the initial one hour they called and said they would need at least four more hours for diagnosis. I asked what had been done during the first hour, and the service manager (Ivan?) couldn’t tell me a single thing the tech had done, so I declined to authorize any additional work at this shop. The next day, I tried to retrieve my car but couldn’t because the tech assigned to it apparently no-call/no-showed. The following day, I was finally able to pick it up. While I was sitting in the parking lot figuring out where to take the car next, the tech walked over and asked if I had found the keys to a Mercedes in my car. Completely unprofessional all ar

Be prepared for massive up sale. I sat and watched as they tried to up sell almost every single customer who came in, and at very high prices. Service is fine, up selling and prices are not good or competitive with local shops.
