When you’ve already been having a bad morning because you got a flat tire on the way to work, and you’re stuck on the highway thinking “this can’t get any worse,” well as long as you go to AAA Laurel, it really won’t get any worse. In fact it’ll get so much better, it won’t even be a bad morning anymore! That was my experience at AAA Laurel yesterday. When my day was off to the worst start possible, these guys really uplifted me and helped get my car in a drivable condition again. They helped me figure out why I got a flat tire, offered suggestions on how to get the situation rectified, and they threw on a spare for me in record time. Their communication was amazing. I had the worst experience at AAA Laurel and will never go back there. I went to this location for 4 new tires. Not only did they take 4 hours to finish my car.. when I got my keys the tires were extremely dirty and looked used. I asked multiple times if they were used tires and they claim they don’t sell used tires and the tires were so dirty from being stored in the storage area. Not acceptable. If the tires are dirty, why not clean them before or after putting them on a car? Imagine paying $1,000 for new tires and this is how they look…. Also.. the inside of my car was dirty. I dropped off my car clean and came back to dirty carpets. They should use paper mats when getting inside of someone’s car!! Horrible service. 0/10. Will never go back.

My experience was great! I really appreciated that the representative proactively scheduled my appointment for the day after the tires arrived to ensure everything was ready. The service technician went above and beyond by providing a full multi-vehicle service report, checking my brakes, and sharing a detailed inspection report with photos. The entire process was smooth and efficient—I was in and out of the shop quickly. I would definitely recommend AAA Tire & Auto.

Came to the location for a simple oil change and to get my windshield wipers swapped. Not only the service took over 2 hours even with appointment scheduled , but the techs managed to loose a part. When I called about an issue to the actual store no one seem to care. Manager nowhere to be found. It took the facility a week to call me back. After all previous conversations, where an associate stated that the part was lost, suddenly the part was found. I drove to the facility in hopes to pick up the part, just to find out that it was a part for another car. An associate assured me that he will pass information to the team and they will be in contact with me, well it has been over a week ago. Don’t go here! I scheduled an appointment for 11:30am the manager, Diana V, told me about an hour to hour and a half..I came back two hours later and my car was in the same spot! They just gave me my keys back, no apologies NOTHING! Two hours wasted on a Saturday, no call back nothing. For a OIL CHANGE. Nothing more or less! Definitely cancelling my subscription with them!
