Dont trust Latoya Holloman in Customer Service! She is extremely rude, disrespectful, condescending, and incompetent, and honestly she should be fired immediately for being a CROOK! I never authorized auto pay for my car insurance payment and Latoya took $671.00 out of my bank account right after Christmas. They pulled the recorded call and found the proof that I never authorized anything to be taken out of my account and I was finally refunded. DO NOT GIVE LATOYA HOLLOMAN YOUR PAYMENT INFORMATION! Thankfully, after calling in 5 times I spoke to Julian Ruiz (someone ethical, professional, and competent) he was able to help me get my money back that Latoya stole. ASK FOR JULIAN RUIZ HE DOES THE RIGHT THING!

Today I had a bad day. The police stopped me because my registration was suspended due to an insurance mix-up. I was very sad and stressed, also because I'm going through postpartum depression. I went to the AAA office at 941 Viewmont, and my distress stopped when a very kind young woman at the entrance attended to me. Then a woman named Carmita, I don't remember her last name exactly but I think it was Cckeray, helped me. She calmed me down and was very patient and empathetic with me. I barely speak English; I'm Hispanic, but she never discriminated against me like in many other places. She guided me to solve the problem, saying, "I'm here to help you," while smiling with my two-month-old baby. I received a call from this office yesterday after requesting a tow. I received a very rude, condescending call back from a "customer service" agent denying my tow and providing no further option. I have now done my own research and am paying out of pocket for a different tow company. Based off this experience, I will not be renewing my AAA membership. No point in having it if they are going to argue with you when you are most in need.
