**UPDATE 11/20- I STILL DID NOT HEAR FROM ANYONE SO I DECIDED TO GO PICK UP MY VEHICLE AND ONCE I GOT THE KEYS FROM INSIDE I REALIZED MY VEHICLE WAS BURGLARIZED IN THEIR PARKING LOT. ALL DOORS WERE LEFT UNLOCKED AND OPEN AND MY STUFF IS ALL OVER THE PLACE. I'M SO DISGUSTED WITH THIS BUSINESS** The reviews about the long wait for a diagnostic test and the customer service here is true. They need a serious staff change and/or new management to take control. I mean I get it if you're busy with other vehicles but communication is important because people need their vehicle and they at least want to know what's wrong with it in order to make other arrangements if necessary. Brought my 2020 Tesla Model X here to just put on some new ~$350 EV tires thinking AAA might be a safer option for a expensive car. Unfortunately I was wrong, one of the rims got new damage which they were willing to fix, but I chose not to since it would look different than the other wheels. Overall, took them 2 hours to put on 3 tires that a tire shop would take 30 mins. In addition, they removed the old balancing weights but didn't clean off the adhesive stickers, so now I have to spend time cleaning those off myself.

I had an appointment that I made 3 weeks ago to get my car inspected and showed up to be told they had no inspection stickers and told me they could not help me. Did they not call or cancel my appointment prior and now have to call around to find a new place to get inspected today.

I’m actually very happy with the service here. On top of that if you have AAA you get a discount on everything. They are busy so definitely make an appointment. They also do title and tags!
