AAA Red Bank

I got an oil change here. Service was impeccable. While I waited I enjoyed the comfortable seating area and free Wi-Fi. I also picked up a few travel maps, as a AAA member (free service)

This was my first visit to the shop after being an AAA member for about three years, and I could not be more pleased. During my routine oil change, they also checked my battery and informed me that I needed a new set of tires. I returned for the tires and bearings, and I believe they even addressed a minor exhaust issue out of kindness. My car has never run better! This will be my go-to shop for vehicle repairs and oil changes for as long as I’m with AAA—likely for a lifetime. Thank you to the team at Red Bank AAA. See you in about 4,000 miles! Cheers!

Check engine light was on. I went to autozone they said it was one thing. Priced it at aaa service would have been 500. They did a diagnostic test, it was something else and it saved me 300.

I went in for a tire swap and unfortunately their tire machine scratched all four of my wheels. As someone who’s very particular about my car, I was disappointed to see this. However, AAA immediately took full accountability and offered solutions to make it right. I was genuinely impressed with how the manager handled the situation — I’ve never seen another shop show this level of care for the customer. Based on customer service alone, this is the only service center I’ll use from now on. The staff is outstanding.

I was going on a big road trip and my car is a little older (2013 civic) but well maintained. I always get regularly scheduled maintenance and every single time I ask them is there anything I should do preemptively. My usual place (AAA in pleasant ridge/Oakley) is closing so I came here. I brought my car here because I didn't want any problems on my road trip and told them "I don't know anything about cars, I'm gonna be driving 2000 miles in the next 3 weeks can you please tell me if there's anything I should get done before I go". They said no and everything looked great. Now I'm sitting in Canada, in a repair shop, looking at a $1900 repair bill on vacation for brake and suspension issues. Ruined my vacation. You guys suck.
