Diego Soto was an amazing driving instructor. Even though I only had him for two lessons, he made a big difference in my learning experience. He was very patient, extremely thorough, and took the time to explain things clearly without rushing. Thanks to his helpful tips and guidance, I was able to pass my driving test and get my license. I felt comfortable and supported during every lesson and truly wish I had him from the start. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone learning how to drive.

I had such a wonderful experience today at AAA Riverside thanks to Cassandra! I came in for a title replacement and registration renewal, and ran into unexpected registration issues. Cassandra was absolutely amazing, patient, knowledgeable, and so kind. She walked me through every step to get everything resolved. Thanks to her guidance, I was able to get all the necessary documents and come back to her to finish everything the same day. Cassandra truly turned a stressful situation into a great experience. Thank you so much!!!

As far as insurance and DMV experiences go this place gets five stars. It’s always quick. They’re always friendly and it’s always straightforward. You can register your vehicle and get tags and insurance. There’s a few other services. I’m not thinking of right now but if you can do it at AAA instead of the DMV I would choose AAA every single time

Very helpful and friendly service. Two personal reasons I did not give it a 5 stars, are first, the payment methods are major credit cards or cash, NO Debit which technically is cash (no problem, left and got the cash). Second, not everyone wants tradition of men in business spaces. (Day of the dead altar, in the business place).

I'm the AAA Auto Club member for a long time and also my car insurance from AAA. My insurance agent is the best one. I don't need to go DMV, because AAA Riverside branch doing all DMV work.
