AAA Sacramento Arden Auto Repair Center

I took my car here and had excellent service. The manager, Jeremmy, was friendly and assured me they would thoroughly look into what was going on with my vehicle, and that’s exactly what they did. My car was fixed quickly, thank you to their mechanic David, and I was on my way. Highly, highly recommend this AAA auto repair location!

Due to past bad experiences at a DIFFERENT quick lube shop, I cautiously approached this AAA store for oil change. Phillip was very patient and helpful, addressing my concerns and even getting work done ahead of schedule. Clean and Pleasant waiting room was a bonus. I expect to return in the future.

This was a AAA experience, and my luxury vehicle was towed to the AAA Sacramento Arden Auto Repair Center on Arden Way after a very stressful flat tire situation. From the moment I arrived, Jeremy S., the manager, handled everything with professionalism, empathy, and integrity. There was a concern during the visit, and what truly stood out was how Jeremy chose to handle it. Rather than pointing fingers or placing blame on the tow company or anyone else involved, he focused on finding a fair resolution and making sure I felt taken care of. His communication was clear, calm, and respectful throughout the entire process. I was starting to feel overwhelmed and emotional, and Jeremy’s tone, body language, and overall presence immediately put me at ease. He made it very clear that he was on my

Passing thru Sacramento I had a car emergency. So grateful to luck up on this AAA shop. Everyone, from Eric the tow truck driver, to phone calls with Jeremy and one other gentleman (sorry I can’t recall his name), to Evelyn, technician extraordinaire, were kind and compassionate. Evelyn took the time to explain everything that was done and provided great advice on what to do should I encounter a similar situation. I drove away with a couple thousand miles ahead of me feeling safe and confident.

I took my car here to get a second opinion, after another AAA shop screwed up my car. They seem ("seem" is the key word here)like they do a professional job at this shop. However, they do the same thing as other shops where they don't call you back when you leave a message on their phones-which is irritating for any car owner. And they simply diagnosed the car, and said they wouldn't work on the car because they wouldn't don't want to get involved with the previous repair shop-I think for obvious (legal) reasons, which is understandable. I'm trying my best to be fair in my review here... I'd honestly suggest taking your car to the dealership of your car's brand over any AAA repair shop at this point.
