AAA Sandy Plains Car Care Plus

Went in to this shop as it is part of the Costco automotive discount program. Though I am so happy with my choice to use this shop. I went in thinking I had brake issues they actually determined the problem to be something else, it was very expensive to fix however the quote was extremely fair and I could confirm that with just a little online research. I ended up having to wait on site all day, my choice, but they were so kind and giving me updates constantly. I did wait longer than intended though due to items outside of their control. They always updated me when they had information on progress and were so apologetic for the extra time spent. They also were nice to all other customers who came in for any other service that day. It was so refreshing to see this type of kindness and hones

Didn’t come here for car service, so I can’t comment on that aspect. But, we did come to get two international drivers licenses and had a great experience. We didn’t bring passport photos with us, so they took them… which was super convenient. Took maybe 15 minutes all said and done and we were out of there. Including the photos, it was $65 bucks for two international drivers licenses, which are good for a year. AAA makes it easy!

Loved my time here! Ron was amazing and got me in and out within 10 minutes! 10/10 definitely recommend!

They no longer offer air service, the machine has been out of action for weeks. For what I pay for membership - and have never even used the recovery/roadside service - you think I could get my tires inflated!
