I can’t say enough good things about Chris at AAA. I pulled into the lot right before closing after hearing a noise in my tire, and he immediately stepped in to help. He found a nail, got me in quickly, and made sure I was taken care of without rushing or brushing me off. Even though it was close to closing time. Because of him, I was still able to drop my son off and make it to work on time. He was friendly, professional, efficient, and genuinely kind. In a stressful moment, Chris turned it into a smooth, reassuring experience. This is what amazing customer service looks like. AAA is lucky to have him. Thank you again, Chris—you were truly a lifesaver.

This was the first time I dealt with this company and I will definitely go back. I called with a battery issue and spoke to Ryan Fuller who was doing everything in his power to get me up and running and 10 minutes later I arrived and they took me back immediately. He was so kind and sympathetic to me having this issue on New Year's Eve and when I left their facility I left one happy customer. There is no good time for an inconvenience issue and I can't thank them enough for taking the best care of me. I truly could not be more pleased and grateful with the services I always receive at the swift creek AAA location. Ryan, the car care manager, goes above and beyond for his customers. Everyone in this location is friendly and truly take the time to diagnose problems, explain the findings so that I actually understand what’s going on, and then recommend the best treatment for my vehicle. They really do treat all customers like family. I will be a customer for life and can’t recommend them enough!!

Had an 11 AM appointment for a quick oil change, but my car wasn’t taken in until noon and I didn’t leave until almost 2 PM. While I waited, they tried to upsell services—including one I already had under warranty from this same AAA just 3 months ago. Appointments mean nothing here, service is slow, and the focus seems to be selling unnecessary add-ons. Buyer beware.

This AAA location is great. The advisor was friendly and made me feel welcome as well as took his time with my check-in. Tech seemed to do a good job and performed the work I needed done for my wife’s car in a timely manner.
