AAA Tire & Auto Service - Colerain

I took our ford explorer to AAA Tire and Auto Colerain 3663 Stonecreek Blvd. Cincinnati Ohio 45251 to have my AC condenser replaced. They completed the job in the time frame that they stated. When I got home I had noticed that they must have removed the bumper to get to the condenser. When everything was put back on not all the fender trim and bumper clips were secured properly. I was not able to take my car back that day because we were taking it on vacation shortly after I picked it up. The trim and bumper that were not secured properly were very obvious. When I inspected under the hood I noticed that the air filter box was not latched either. If these little details were missed, I wonder if the rest of the job was completed properly. Brought my ford escape into this location August 11 for canister purge valve replacement. Went to another location for diagnostic and they told me in order to replace the canister purge valve I would have to get the whole line replaced as well. Even when you look it up ( at autozone) it says you can only replace with the full assembly. I go to this AAA location they tell me the price 200, which is way less than I thought, but I was happy ( I don’t have that much money right now so I didnt ask enough questions) I drive for a little bit but not even the next day does my check engine light come back on. I come back in to have them look at it and they say it’s still the canister purge valve. But now it over 600 for the work. Come to find out they didn’t replace the whole assembly but just o

I had a coupon for a free oil change, and naturally so did a bunch of other people. I figured that's why you had to pick an appointment time online. Appointments are a pretty basic way to manage the customer flow. That's why I was surprised, when I got there, to be told the wait was an hour or hour and a half. But whatever. This isn't an instant place like Valvoline. An hour later, I checked in for a new time estimate. I was told between an hour and a half or two hours. After all, lots of people had that coupon, they reminded me. But then, like, what in the world is the point of an appointment system? I visited this location because my engine light was on and my tire air pressure sensors were not functioning. I also knew that I that my tires were likely worn out. The folks that work there were kind, considerate and professional. They explained everything and told me the costs up front. I'd come in the afternoon and knew that the amount of things that I needed done could take a little. I had a lot of running around that I had to do. They arranged a ride for me. I could not have been more pleased with the service. I would definitely recommend this location.
