AAA Tire & Auto Service - Fairfield

Don't even waste your time. Had an appointment for 9:30 for a free oil change that AAA sent me. I had to reschedule to get in earlier, 8:30 (I did this days in advance and had no problems doing so). I walk in and they say they never got a notification that it was rescheduled? Not my problem when I got the confirmation it was rescheduled. They told me they can't get me in until 9:30 and it will take over an hr. That time didn't work for me. I asked to reschedule and they said they were booked and the promotion ends tomorrow. They didn't care about the miscommunication on THEIR end and did nothing to help or resolve this issue. I'm beyond irritated with them and the whole situation that was unnecessarily stressful.

Today I needed new tire sensors in all four tires. They got my vehicle in the same day and done. Greatly appreciated. Friendly service and everyone seems very honest. A couple of weeks ago the front desk individuals were nice and seemed honest. My car was due for brakes essentially and it was making a extra noise they said was the front axle wheel bearing that needed replaced. It also was determined another part was needed...hub bearing. Total ultimately after the extra hub bearing was $1,860. When I picked it up there is a fingerprint size paint scrape on my driver's door where it looks like a metal to metal scrape as it fully took off about a nickle size of paint. Things happen. My vehicle is driving great again with no noise and is smooth so great job with mechanical fixes.

I am extremely disappointed with the service that I have been provided. Upon arrival to pick up my vehicle, I noticed that the tire was still flat although I had paid for the tire repair service. I was told that they were not able to find where the leak was coming from, but that I was charged anyway for the repair. They were then able to locate the leak And I was then told it was irrepairable and I would have to purchase a new tire. Had I driven off I would have been charged for a service that I never received and just been stuck on the side of the road. The manager did not once get up to speak with me or even look in my direction. While I was sitting for over an hour, the manager Spencer collected his belongings and left as I was sitting waiting for the new tire to be replaced. I was told

Not a great first experience. I had an appointment for an alignment on Friday which I made the appointment for the previous Monday took the car in and I was told the alignment man had a PTO day so there was no one to do the work. I don't understand why no one called to tell me the situation the 4 days leading up to my appointment? I had to drive there to find out. Not good customer service...
