AAA Tire & Auto Service - Hyde Park

I made an appointment for Saturday Oct 11th 12pm ,on arriving everything was great with my oil change being done in no time it seems like , I left the Paxton location cause I had things to do , I drove a little over 10 miles and made it back home and noticed smoke and my check engine light comes on and I see smoke . I'm like what is going on here I just got an oil change , I proceed to open the hood and to my surprise there was oil all over everything under the hood , the mechanic had forgot to put the oil cap back on . now I have a smoking car with oil all over the engine and a oil spot on the ground under my car. I immediately call the service department and the manager was very sorry and apologetic , he had a mechanic come to my home with a oil cap and added more oil to the car before t

Visited this store to check tire pressure since one was very low. I check tire pressure at home every 3 to 4 weeks. Since I am traveling out of town for surgery the next day, I was not going to travel with a tire that low. They were very busy, being a Monday, but worked me in, and found a nail. Tire was fixable, with no need to replace. I was out in an hour and at a very reasonable price to fix. I have been coming to this store since moving to Cincinnati. They have never failed to impress me. They are courtesy, professional and do a great job servicing cars.

I stopped in on a Tuesday morning to have a flat repaired. The visit got off to a rocky start when the key holder was more than 10 minutes late showing up to open the store. When he did arrive, he was clearly annoyed that I was waiting. They took my flat tire out of the back of my SUV and identified the tire with a the puncture and let me know I'd need a new tire. No big deal. I asked them to find matching tires for me and the gentlemen in charge returned with an estimate. In the mean time I checked prices online to compare. When he returned with a price that was $150 more than Discount Tire (for ONE tire!), I asked him if they would work with me on the price. He said, "Nope, that's as good as it gets." I want to express my appreciation for the service provided today. My wife and I went to the Hyde Park location to see if a tire on her Honda could be repaired. After looking at the tire, Larry determined that it couldn’t be repaired. We really needed a tire. We had the spare tire on the car and needed to do a lot of driving. The repair shop was close to closing, but Larry was determined to make sure that we got a tire that we were satisfied with. He really didn’t have to go to all the lengths he did to make sure we got the tire we needed. I want to thank Larry again for the service he provided. I would definitely recommend this repair shop to anybody.

Stopped in to schedule an appointment for repair service on my fiances 2016 miata. Put a deposit on parts, scheduled appointment for the following week. Dropped car off and several hours later the service tech called and explained an issue and was supposed to call me back in a hour with prices, never heard from him. The next day when I called inquiring about the vehicle "Larry" got offended because he wasn't aware of the issue. Larry said he would call back in an hour. 2 hours later I went to the place, spoke with Larry and he said he was working on the parts and would get back with me in an hour or so...still waiting over 24 hours. I would NOT recommend bringing your vehicle to them for repair.
