My friend who is an honest mechanic said he replaced same heater hose for a customer last month. He charged $220. They charged $400, with $179 diagnostic charge, really! I live in 55+ village and many people here have AAA service I will spread the news never to take your vehicle to them for service. WHAT A RIPOFF! BTY whole thing should have cost $430-$460.

Prices were very reasonable. The facility was clean and well lit. The employees were friendly. They have free coffee and bottled water for members waiting for car repairs. It is located on a major East/West Road. This location is open Monday - Saturday. They have a large parking lot with a decent amount of Handicapped Parking spaces

My Honda CR-V was towed to Toms River AAA after dying with an assumed dead battery that wouldn't take a jump. It was diagnosed as Alternator, Battery and Belt at a cost of $900. If you want your car to get lost and stolen for a few days, have it towed to AAA in Toms River. They will lose it because the tow truck drivers bring it to the wrong address and AAA is not aware that they have the same address as Lester Glenn 20 min down the road at 08755 instead of 08753. You can stay on the phone for hours and days until YOU do a quick google search and teach AAA what there own address is and troubleshoot their own internal issues. Not to mention the internal communication (see Toledo response below, indicating they do not know what's going on in corporate and are disorganized) breakdown that will happen along the way with AAA where they will be like "where is your car?"
