Wow if there was ever a time when you could say "you get what you pay for" but both what you get and what you pay are outrageous, the time would be now. This is clearly a scam more than a respectable business and I would highly advise any sane person to AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! Use ebay to get your parts instead! First off, these people wanted to charge an outrageous amount for just a few parts for an old celica belonging to my nephew. After my husband laughed in their face they lowered the price but it's honestly still very high. We paid it and said well at least we will get the parts fast since they assured him the parts would be ready for pickup the following afternoon. Genuinely the worst experience I've had almost anywhere, bordering illegal. For context, this place isn't a regular pick-n-pull, you have to find the car, take pictures of the parts you want, and hope to God you are getting everything you pay for. This is already a stupid way to do business. In essence, the issue is that these are awful terrible people looking to rip off anyone they can. We had to wait nearly a week to get everything we had already paid for, as they tried to weasel their way out of giving us all of our items, at every single step of the way. Terrible customer service, gave me the wrong transmission and it was also in god awful condition, didn’t offer money back or exchange only a horrible attitude. I wouldn’t come here if your looking for important parts!

They look at you and make up the price. If you are not a regular customer from the local shop, they price gauge like no other. They wanted $30 for a rearview mirror for 08 Toyota Corolla. I can buy a new one on Amazon for half the price.
