AAAA Auto Repair

I was visiting Lancaster, had a weird noise, I thought my brakes were going. Had to have my truck towed, just picked this place because it was close and they were open on Sunday. They called back the next day, said my truck was ready. It was just a rock that got stuck somewhere. They charged me pennies. I greatly appreciate the honesty and the fast turnaround, I was in a rush for work.

I took my car there at the end of November due to my brakes going out. They held my car for 3 weeks without ever calling me to give an update. I had to call and every single time I did I got the same response..."we are still looking at it" How long does it take to check what the problem is. I drove by several times to see my car in the same spot without ever being moved. Finally, today they told me they aren't comfortable doing the brake job. You're a BRAKE REPAIR SHOP!! So, you held my car for 3 weeks then told me you're not doing it? Even when I dropped my car off I had to wait while one mechanic talked on the phone about dinner when he gets home. He saw me standing there and didn't end his personal call. That has happened before. I wasn't happy the first time I took my car there but was

I only come here for several auto repairs and maintenance on three of my vehicles. I have referred my friends here and is the place to go! Very honest and reliable! He will get the repair done the first. Thank you guys and keep up with the great work!

NEVER BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE!!!! we bought a 2008 Jetta from them they assured us that it was in good condition but it has had nothing but problems since we got it. Worst purchase we ever made. We first took it there to fix it but they seemed like they didn't know what they were doing one of the mechanics even said he doesn't know how to fix German cars. So my best advice is stay away from this place whether to buy a car or repair it go somewhere else.

This shop is one of the last of the Mohicans.! Translation: Integrity, Honesty, Quality at a fair price!. When was the last time you walked out of a auto repair shop feeling like you actual got done what you drove into do, then drove out without wondering ,(within your worst case scenerio), if it was actually done or that it was done correctly , without comprimise to sub standard off shore parts being used in the process, that the final invoice actually reflects what the written estimate total or below, all work completed timely or a phone call to update to additional cost and why its delayed , with a written note on invoice to Warrenty period on parts and labor?
