rude treatment and scammed. the women working the phones tell you different amount you owe literally every time you call. And god forbid you are 1 day late on payments, not only did it jump up $70 but then less than 20 minutes later when I called back to make the payment it had gone up another $50. So because of they're lazy, careless lack of diligence I was told different amount owed multiple times and ultimately after less than 24 hrs from date due, my payment went up $128. Unethical.

It is not often you have a business that has exceptional customer service. I really would like to show some appreciation for Crystal. She was very helpful even when her day was extremely busy. She gave me all the necessary information and stayed pleasant and kind. I just felt she went above and beyond. If I could give her more stars i would. Thank you so much Crystal...keep being you..you are an asset to the business. Thank you.

The lady at this office is incredibly and I mean INCREDIBLY outgoing. Customer service was fantastic. Besides, rates weren’t as bad. But I had to purchase from here because she convinced me! Willing to pay a few dollars more and be treated so right. Happy customer!

Stressed when I entered knowing that I had to renew my policy. The agent named Lexi easied me with her kind and helpful assistance. She handed everything and saved me so much money. Very friendly and positive about everything. Thanks Lexi. Too kind...

If i could give less than 1 star i would. They’re so unorganized. They tell you 1 thing and the next day another and then have “no notes” so want to know if you remember who you talk to. They canceled my policy on TWO separate occasions yet wanted me to restart another policy. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Horrible!
