We got ourselves into a pickle! Our 40’ RV got hung up in a dip trying to get out of a 3” hail storm. Called Jacks Towing and they were there within 15 minutes and pulled us right out. Listen folks, finding good service is the exception anymore, not the norm. Sean the driver was awesome, friendly and knowledgeable, and calm! When I wasn’t. Much appreciation!

We have roadside assistance and we had the worst experience with the tow truck driver from this company named Sean (I’m assuming this is his name because it was on his jacket). I really hope they’re all not unprofessional like him! In all my years of ever having to call a tow truck, I’ve never had to drive my car/truck onto the bed of the tow truck. The tow truck driver said he couldn’t pull it on for whatever reason and told my husband that he has to drive it on that’s the only way to get it on. Since when??? So my husband did so, so that we could get things moving along. From the jump you could tell this man did not want to service us, he had an attitude out the gate. We get to the dealership and the service people come out and now my husband’s tire is worse than what it originally was b

very fast, affordable, and knowledgeable when it comes to towing! after calling they arrived very shortly after, took about 3 minutes to load up the truck and then take it back to our house! took about 10-15 minutes total, 10/10 recommend! thank you!

Had a really great experience with the company. Customer service was extremely helpful. The person who came out to tow our vehicle was efficient and competent! He showed up within 20 minutes and complete the job within 40 minutes of us calling the company! Definitely recommend this company for your needs!

I had gotten stuck in my sister-in-law’s yard. I called AAA and asked for roadside assistance to pull me out. They informed me that the only towing company in the Waynesville area in their “network” was T C Towing. They said the driver was out of town and it would be 4 to 5 hours before he could assist me…after waiting 10 minutes shy of 5 hours, I got a text from AAA informing me that my road side assistance request had been canceled. As it turns out, T C Towing had canceled the request saying that the driver, (who had no idea of situation) had decided pulling my car out from a private yard was “too dangerous”. Directly afterward, AAA called back advising me that they were sorry, but they would not be dispatching anyone to assist me. The good news to this disastrous story…I Googled tow com
