AAB Service | got Service?

I drive a mini cooper and needed to find a mechanic that specializes in European cars and parts. AAB Service had a good rating so I called and made an appointment for a low light headlamp repair/replacement. While they were inspecting my car for the repair, I waited in their clean and comfortable lobby where they offer coffee, drinks and snacks while you wait. The front desk was professional and polite. After 20mins or so, they notice it was simply a connector that had come apart. They fixed it and did not charge me for their time. I then asked if they could look at my passenger side window washer (because I noticed the fluid wasn’t working properly). They offered to take a look at it. Highly recommend, would give 6 of 5 stars if I could. Cheri was amazing. The whole staff does everything they can to ensure your concerns are addressed and problems are solved. I am new to truck ownership and asked lots of questions. They handled everything with patience, professionalism, and kindness. It’s hard to find mechanics or shops to trust. I had a couple of friends who bought their trucks from American Auto Brokers that utilized this shop before and referred me to them. The dealership wanted an outrageous amount to fix my transmission. Cheri and her team did it for a reasonable price. I really appreciated their service.

They were fast and courteous with the quote and getting our vehicle scheduled. We had a late start on the repair and they still completed on schedule. The guys were kind enough to wait for us a few minutes after closing. I was very happy with the work done and will use them again for the next service. MB GLS 450 complete brake replacement

My car got flooded out and did severe damage through out the vehicle. I needed technicians that were experts at resolving numerous issues. My wife reminded me how AAB had done excellent work on more than one of our vehicles with great results and they never hesitated to take on this large task.
