AACTION Transmissions and Total Car Repair

Yea Mike you Took $2,600 to repair a BAND in my 2002 Buick Park Ave. 🤦‍♀️ and I’d really like it back. You said you rebuilt my transmission, but the electrics solenoids n stuff are the original parts that came with my transmission, yet I was charged an extra $800 to replace all those. My power steering hoses are ripped open and I lose all steering fluid in 2 Days. I had no power steering problems beforehand. Steering was brand new 4 years ago. You refuse to take accountability for errors and lied about the work done. I will be looking into my options as far as all that goes as well. But I would really appreciate it if you would personally do the right thing and refund me. I know it’s all just business to you but my two year old daughter depends on me and I depend on having transportation f

Been dealing with Mike for a years. My first visit I didn’t have enough to pay for a repair he trusted me to pay him the balance at a alter date which I did. I had two transmission repaired with him my Monte Carlo (I don’t own anymore) and my father’s F-150. We had an issue with the transmission he fixed it with out my warranty papers I had lost a couple of months after the repair because he remembered me. I’ve been in this situation before and had the mechanics refused to without documentation. I definitely recommend them to others!!!

Aaction has always been my go to for transmission needs. Mike has always been honest an straight forward when handling business. In an out with quality an in timely fashion.

This place is a complete RIP OFF. Guy tried to charge me three thousand dollars to fix a small leak that I allegedly had in my transmission. When I went to another mechanic I was told there was no leak in the transmission, it was an oil leak, Mike told me transmission because that’s what I told him I thought was going so he just went with what I said. He lied to me and tried to get as much money as possible, DO NOT COME TO THESE GUYS!!
