I took my 2019 Kia Sportage to check the transmission before a cross country trip and was pleasantly surprised that they did no only checked the transmission with test drive and all, but they check the whole car. They spotted a small coolant leak and oil leak coming out of the valve cover and the need for new tires and a battery. Things that could have spoiled my trip. But the mejor surprise was when I asked por the bill they said it was all good, no charge. All because I was an existing customer. I highly recommend them for any service. This shop and the staff are awesome. I got my Toyota Sequoia Transmission fixed and my vehicle as been running smoothly. Dan and the guys in the office were helpful from I stepped in.Dan did a FREE diagnostic and took me on test drive and explained what needed to be done to the Transmission. He even took me in the garage to show me how they fix the Transmissions.He was honest and upfront about the cost of the job.Hetold me it would take about 3 to 4 days to complete the job but my car to my surprise was ready in 2 days.The shop also provide financing if needed. I give this shop a 10 and would recommend anyone with Transmission issues to check them out

I’ve taken my car here twice for transmission work and both experiences have been great. They’re honest, transparent, and always take the time to explain and show me exactly what’s going on. The first time I came in, they even offered complimentary towing, which I really appreciated. They also let me know if they notice anything else with the car, which shows they truly care. Highly recommend!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I went to this shop for a transmission fluid change because my transmission was vibrating a little, and from the very beginning the service was excellent. The staff was very professional, honest, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I completed both the first and second transmission fluid changes, and everything went perfectly. The work was done right, and the results were great. On top of that, the customer service was outstanding very friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this shop for any type of transmission service. I will definitely be coming back.

Great service from start to finish at AAction Transmission. Stephon at the front desk was especially helpful — he explained everything clearly and walked me through the process as it was happening, which I really appreciated. Their diagnostic charge to get into my car and assess the transmission damage was very reasonable, and I was happy to apply it toward the repair. My car was completed in just seven days (including the weekend!), and the difference is night and day — it went from shifting and rocking to shifting like new. I’ve had this car for 12 years, so that says a lot. I’d absolutely recommend AAction Transmission. I actually ended up here because someone I know referred me — and now I see why.
