This was an extremely tricky tow with tight space and a challenging garage placement, and Drew handled it like a total pro. He came prepared with the right equipment, stayed calm and focused the whole time, and executed the job flawlessly. He was careful, skilled, and patient, and honestly went above and beyond. I witnessed this AA&E driver running red lights, blasting their horn at drivers, and yelling profanities out to drivers. This driver even threatened a car to pull over to a parking lot to entice an altercation/fight. I caught up to them at a red light and they started to yell at me without any reason to. I will be sending footage to the local police department for recklessness. I sure hope this issue is resolved and have the driver face consequences.

This is the best tow truck company I have ever dealt with in my entire adult life and I am 55. I will definitely pass this number and information out to every Transportation over the road truckers regular passenger vehicle owners that I know. The person who assisted me with getting all the details and getting my Tow scheduled was amazing. Her name is Alex. I will never forget this lady. The driver came to tow my car for repairs. Not only did he damage my garage but also hit our fencing on the way in. Immediate denial of any liability saying “we’re not responsible for damages to your property”. His winch ended up breaking and couldn’t tow my car at all. Said he’d send for another truck but it never came. I’m giving this business the chance to contact me and resolve this privately. If not, I will be seeing them in claims court.

Absolutely Reckless and Dangerous – Avoid at All Costs! Date: June 18th, 2025 Time: Approximately 2:35 PM Location: I-30 and I-80, Dallas to Mesquite, TX Today I witnessed one of the most dangerous and irresponsible drivers I’ve ever seen, a driver operating under AA&E Towing. The truck was weaving in and out of traffic, tailgating vehicles, cutting off cars at high speeds, and generally driving like a complete maniac. This wasn’t just careless. It was life-threatening! The driver nearly caused multiple wrecks in heavy traffic, putting countless people at risk. I followed the truck long enough to capture clear footage on both my front and rear dash cams, showing the erratic and dangerous behavior in full.
