Thought my brakes were shit-it was just a rock! They pulled the tire, explained everything, and didn’t charge me. Honest, welcoming, and transparent.. The service advisor makes you feel like family. First visit, but defiantly not my last!

A bought a car they recommended I take it to this place . They asked what was wrong with my car i stated all the things I was hearing . The lady at the front desk Gave me price which came out to 3000 she said she can give me a discount which was 1800 . So they were supposed to run a full diagnosis on the car and fix everything as they say they did. I put my car in the shop to get all the repairs they recommended and when I got my car back the hose was hanging off to my thermostat which was never giving me a problem before . I called and ask if they can see if they did anything wrong or what happened the lady Lindsey said I can bring it in but I will have to pay for a diagnostic again and pay whatever it cost to fix it .
