Ammco transmission in aurora Colorado was awesome. This team was very honest with me and did not try and do any unessessary work. They walked me through the issues I reported and fixed my truck. I highly recommend this shop to anyone!
I had bad gas and brought my car to this shop. Vinny has been absolutely amazing and has kept in touch with me and even worked with me to get done what needed to get done. Insurance was dragging their feet but here comes Vinny to the rescue! He was an absolute doll to deal with and I will never take my car anywhere else. They made a customer for life here! Thank you Vinny!
Huge shoutout to Vinnie and Joe at AAMCO. These guys are seriously amazing. They go the extra mile and actually care about getting your car fixed the right way, not just rushing you through. They kept me informed, were honest, and made a stressful situation so much easier. If you want people you can trust with your car, this is the place.
I wanted to give them a chance despite the bad reviews. I made an appointment last week, to come in today at 9:30. I did it on their website that schedules their work. I showed up right at 9:30 and was told they wouldn't get to it until tomorrow. WHAT WAS THE POINT OF MAKING AN APPOINTMENT??? So you just disregard the schedule and made zero effort to have a lift ready for my 9:30? Mismanagement like that is concerning. I informed them I am a mechanic with my own shop, but I'm not a tramission tech. I asked if they had any ideas on what the problem could be based on my description and he vaguely said "the transmission", as though I was bothering him with my business. Do not take your car here. They hit you with all kinds of HIDDEN cost even when going thru insurance. This shop is 100% filled with humans who scam you. If you talk to the man doing insurance be very careful, even with you telling him everything up front he will find a way to try to get cash out of you. They did nothing to my car and it cost 916$. This place should be shut down
