I had an incredible experience at AAMCO Transmission on Pulaski. From the moment I walked in, the team treated me with honesty, professionalism, and real care for my situation. His communication was clear, he explained everything in a way that actually made sense, and he went above and beyond to make sure my car was taken care of the right way. This has to be the worse place ive ever taken a vehicle to.they charged me $1,400 to fix my issues with the truck,then told me it would be another $1,600 to fix additional problems they found.so when I got home all the original codes that was suppose to fix popped back up.all he did was cleared the codes to get me off the lot.then they closed for the holidays.he knew I couldn't talk to him about the issues because they was gone.save your money if you don't want to be ripped off like I was.in addition they will put used parts on your car & charge you new part prices.

Dropped my car off for a transmission issue on a Friday. On the following Tuesday I was told my car would be fixed by that Friday. Friday afternoon I received a call saying they received the wrong part so I have to drop it back off again the following Monday so they can put in the right part and program it. I was told it should be ready 12pm Tuesday. Today is tuesday. I had to call them myself earlier to ask if my car was ready and told them I would pick up my car. They do not close until 5pm. I got there at 4:51 and nobody was there. Now I have to be late to work tomorrow because I cant trust that they will be there when I get off. I am NEVER taking my car there again.

I scheduled an appointment to correct a diagnosed code. I waited nearly an hour and then asked when would my car be checked. They charged $50 to diagnose and verify code given by advance auto. I chose not to have work done. My car was returned with the car shield detached and not working, nor could they fix it so that my car showed location. They did not return my call. I went back next day to retrieve my device. I have to find way to fix it. They had NO concern that my car had been broken into before previously.

I had an amazing experience at this Aamco location. The customer service was great and my vehicle was able to be serviced for a reasonable price and in a timely manner. I would definitely return in the future.
