My day at AAMCO 1266 Ralph Ave.The receptionist greats client immediately with a smile warmly and professional creating comfortable environment. Promptly assisting you directly. Mr.Will manager of the establishment very friendly and asking the specific question about my vehicle condition. Very direct and thorough examination to every detail of the problem. I was taking care of immediately and had my vehicle back in a short period time. Excellent service you guys very satisfying customer owner Jeep 🚙 AAMCO kept my wheels 🛞 on the road.

Wesley and the rest of the team at Aamco of Brooklyn are dedicated to getting the task done. I've had to get my car serviced twice at this location and encountered amazing customer service and efficient work. I will be coming back here if my car ever needs to be serviced again.

I dropped off my car on Monday, 12/1/25 and was greeted by Wesley. He went over everything with me and never was bothered by my questions. .He informed me the part that I needed for my vehicle would need to be ordered and he will update me periodically. He kept his word and I was updated when the part came, and when the technician removed my old part to installed the new part. The customer service I received was outstanding and he went above and beyond throughout this process. I was told I could pick up my car on 12/3/25. It was a lot of traffic and the B47 wasn’t moving fast enough for me. He assured me to not worry and will see me soon. If I had went to another repair shop, they would not have been understanding like Wesley and would have told me to come on 12/4/25 to pick up my car. He
