AAMCO Transmissions & Total Car Care

I would definitely recommend this AAMCO Transmission facility to anyone reading this post. Their service is great and very well run. Rick, is a wonderful person and knows his stuff. Also very friendly and helpful, willing to help in any way. Had my 07 Tahoe there for some prior work and they did a phenomenal job on my vehicle. Took it back again for a transmission job, and like I said Rick explained everything to me in detail and told me the steps to take for the repair of my vehicle. Thank you once again Rick, for your great work and dedication to solving my vehicle’s issues. Anyone looking for transmission repair or even servicing, this is the place to get it done. Great job guys.!!!!!!!!!

They took way too long to diagnose the issue with my car, had my car for four calendar days. A significant amount of change (money)came up missing (stolen) from my vehicle. Had oily residue left in the car and my floor mat was left dirty! By far my worst car service experience in over 33 years of owning vehicles. I seen the previous negative post about this shop, but since it was conveniently close to my home I tried it any way, and boy did I ever pay the price for convenience !

My son and I took in his 'new' used car for a 100k preventative transmission service. Rick was very friendly and personable, extremely helpful and told my son to come in anytime if he has a question about caring for his car. The service was quick and we have the peace of mind that it was done correctly. I highly recommend going in person to talk to Rick, he was awesome!

Walked in because I thought I might have transmission issues due to mileage and service interval, shop told me they couldn’t identify and replicate any concerns, and performed regular transmission service all within 3 days. Took all my calls and answered my questions promptly. Rick was great at the service desk getting everything handled. I would recommend service here.

I had my car towed to AAMCO in Chino to get a diagnostic test done on my transmission. The service was free and was finished quickly. The communication is by phone and/or text message and they reach out often and immediately when any questions or answers to questions you may have. Before anything is done, a link is provided to accept the job or work related to your car. A Grade A company that provides Grade A service! I will definitely be back and look forward to doing more business in the future!!
