I had a great experience working with Dylan. He did an amazing job keeping me informed and contacted me with plenty of notice throughout the process. My fleet vehicle was handled with care, and the service was very professional from start to finish. They were able to install a brand new transmission quickly and without any hassle. What stood out most was that they gave me a clear completion date and delivered exactly when they said they would. Everything was done efficiently and smoothly. Today had the transmission fluid service done on my Mercedes E-Class at AAMCO East Brunswick, and I couldn’t be more impressed. I would definitely recommend trusting and using AAMCO Transmissions & Total Car of East Brunswick. I was lucky enough to have Dylan helping me get my transmission issue fixed. He was very knowledgeable and helpful with both the transmission issue but also going about using Car Shield to process the claim. I ended up having my claim approved and my transmission replaced in the 10 days. I am very satisfied with the whole team!

We brought in our Ford Focus because the transmission was failing. I first brought it to Pep Boys for a diagnostic, and the mechanic told me that it was, in fact, the transmission, but with these cars he never recommends repairing those. He basically told me to get a new car. I had it towed to AAMCO and they were fantastic. They never spoke to me like I couldn’t or didn’t understand what they were telling me. While the repair was expensive (but what major car repair isn’t?) it was done efficiently and timely. Bob called me daily with updates and pricing estimates. When we got the car back it was like a whole new car. Runs like a dream: even better than when it was new. We will definitely trust AAMCO if anything else happens to any of our cars. Excellent experience all the way down.
