If you assume that all transmission shop should be able to properly service your transmission then how do you rate a better shop? The manager Ruben of course provides proper transmission service. The difference is the personal service and customer care. This shop has a personal feel and friendliness. Well done!

I called Ruben at AAMCO to set up an appointment for an oil change on my Ford Expedition. He told me to bring it in first thing in the morning and took all my information ahead of time. When I arrived, they took care of me within minutes and had me back on the road quickly. Thank you, Ruben, for your amazing service! I’ll definitely continue bringing my cars here and recommend him 100%!

Right off the bat coming in I was greeted by Ruben and he immediately gave attention to the situation in hand . It’s not often you get great customer service like this and highly appreciated that. On top of being busy he made sure ALL clients in hand were taken care of in an orderly fashion as well as the mechanic Gonzalo. Good work, good customer service, reasonable prices 👍🏼. Went in with a transmission problem I had a few to pick from but I choose aamco because their technicians are certified and aamco is known for their transmission repair I never been more happier in my decision to go to aamco. The service manager by the name of Mike did not release my vehicle to me until he was 100 + 1% satisfied everything was running smoothly and correctly. And also you wanted me to bring it back in 2 weeks to make sure everything is running smoothly I am a very happy camper.

Ruben was very informative and seemingly honest. He didn’t beat around the bush on the damage on my transmission. Or on how much the repair would be. He gave me great advice. Great customer service.
