I have never had a company that had my vehicle on their property and the work was paid for tell me that they’re not going to answer my phone calls anymore when I only called the days that they said that my vehicle will be done To see if it’s done. This location unplugged my dash camera and deleted the SIM card. I have recorded all my interactions with them. I went to get property out my car the Monday prior to getting my vehicle back. I recorded the dash cam plugged! I made sure to plug the dash cam back in. once receiving my vehicle. The dash cam was unplugged again ! I also recorded me picking my vehicle up w So I proof I didn’t mess with my camera. They unplugged it once again.once I got home. I checked the SD card and everything had been deleted. We took our 2009 Mazda CX-9 here for a check engine light. The car is old, yes, and I was suspecting a misfire, which happened 5 years ago as well. The shop diagnosed it as a misfire on cylinder 5. Instead of fixing it, they told my wife the only solution was a full engine replacement for around $6,000. When she declined, they still charged her $200 just for the diagnosis. We towed the car to another mechanic. The actual fix? One ignition coil replacement, total cost $299. The car runs fine now. This shop correctly identified the misfire but refused to repair it unless we agreed to their big-ticket replacement. That is not real mechanic work—that’s upselling. Charging $200 after scaring a customer into thinking they need a new engine, when the fix was simple, is not honest business. I w
