I took my car to multiple shops for two years trying to get new spark plugs and no one took me serious enough to even bother looking at them. I decided to bring my car here and there were no questions asked. I have brought my car in a few times now and Eric was super helpful throughout the process, making sure to address all of my concerns. They provide quality, timely service for a very fair rate and make me feel comfortable to continue bringing my car back.

Bad experience, did an appointment at 8:30am, went for a transmission oil change, they said 2-3hrs….came back at 12:30 to check it out and nothing they said again 15-20min It was 1:30pm and still on it, the from desk guy was not helpful and not a good service attitude, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this place at all.

My Jeep wrangler started shaking pretty intensely and I took it to the Jeep dealership and they quoted me an insane amount, with little explanation as to what the issues were. Brought it to Rose and Adrian and they were able to explain to me what exactly were the issues and how they would fix them! Amazing customer service and will definitely be bringing my car back whenever I need service. My car is driving smooth and steady and I can’t thank Rose and Adrian enough!

I have used AAMCO Fullerton in the past to rebuild the transmission and transfer case for my daughter's vehicle. Prior to performing the repairs, they did call to offer other less expensive options. The repairs were done quickly and completed as promised. They also provided after care instructions. I recently brought my 2016 4runner in because the engine light and trac off light appeared at the same time. They called me later in the day advising me that the problem was a loose gas cap. They cleared all of the error codes and test drove the vehicle to ensure the problem was fixed. Basically, they fixed something that was my fault but didn't charge me. That proved to me that they are an honest reputable business that has earned my trust. I especially want to compliment Rose in the office.
