Scott and the rest of the team were absolutely fantastic! I have been dealing with a warranty battle for a used transmission I purchased a while back from a different shop that turned out to be bad. I brought my car on over to AAMCO and Scott helped diagnose the issue, guide me through the warranty process, and ultimately get my car back on the road with no problems, it’s feeling smoother than ever, would highly recommend AAMCO!

Scott and his team came thru like knights in shining armour for me. I was traveling from Floral City up to Gainesville to see my Dr. I am disabled in a wheelchair when car started acting up. My aide and I safely made it to appt but were scared to drive the 1 and a half hours it would take to get home. I have a Taurus. I called Ford they talked to me saying they would call right back. I started panicking but after looking at the list of local transmission shops theirs stood out with good reviews. Scott got me right in and set up with the local Enterprise rental for a car to get home. It wasn't my Transmission but a complete tuneup needed. I was done 2 days later and so thankful. The transmission in my truck had a mass of issues until it was time to get it replaced, and they replaced it very efficiently and well. The team was very thorough with explanations and options, and very helpful through out the process. Overall my experience with them was wonderful and saved me a lot of heartache.

My transmission became disengaged. Scott was very helpful- reviewed the possibilities with me, called with tentative diagnosis and cost, kept me informed and let me know while doing the repairs it would cost much less. Diagnostic fee was included in the repair cost. He followed up by phone and text to find out how repairs held up. Very satisfied.
