The service I recieved was exceptional! Daniel was easy to work with. He went the extra mile to make sure my van was done on time at a reasonable cost, and presented many options to fit my budget. He kept me consistantly updated and and communiticated clearly the progress that was being made. I will be going back for any automotive care that I need, and I recomend that you do too.

Many shops don’t spend the time to thoroughly explain what the problem is with your vehicle and just want to throw a bill at you but the guys at AAMCO went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable especially with such major repairs needed. The best part was I needed to get some stuff out of my vehicle and come to find out the tech that was working on my vehicle was named Robert also and he showed me the failing parts from my truck. I was amazed at how thorough he was and his knowledge! I’m going to say Robert secured my trust in a shop again and AAMCO is my permanent go to for repairs.

Daniel was very friendly and very understanding with our transmission problem. He gave us a fair quote and kept us updated as our car was getting repaired. I would highly recommend their company to anyone! Outstanding service!

I had a serious, difficult issue with my 2018 Chevy Express 70,000 miles shuddering violently & intermittently while driving even after I replaced the plugs & wires. They listened to me respectfully, and we decided to do the regular service on the transmission first to see if that would fix it. It did not fix it. I returned a week later, and they worked hard to locate the issue. They kept me updated via phone, and never proceeded with work unless I understood the costs and gave them approval FIRST! That's customer service. Furthermore, this was not an easy fix. When replacing the CPU didn't fix it, they did not charge me for the additional work to finally get to the bottom of the problem which was a burnt out pin behind the fuse panel. Edit to this review- after speaking with Nick, he was very quickly able to accommodate me and my schedule. It takes a lot of integrity to own up to a mistake and work to rectify it. Extremely disappointed that no one has returned my phone calls or emails inquiring about an appointment.
