i called to get an estimate on a transmission replacement to see how much i was looking at. guy would not give me a quote unless i brought the truck there. they hate to see you shop around so they want you to commit. i was going to get it repaired here anyways. I was calling to get an estimate for the tax value of the vehicle for when I go register it. Guy said he would call me back after going back in forth, asked for my vin and never did.
