AAMCO Transmissions & Total Car Care

They did a great job on my Infiniti QX70. The transmission had to be replaced, I took it to another shop previously, and the initial shop said it was too complicated, they would not touch it. So I had it towed to Aamco, and they worked with my insurance to diagnose the issue, and order the transmission, which took a week to be installed. They took another week to program, and test the new part, to ensure there were no issues. I appreciate their attention to detail, precision and the time they took to ensure all was well, before I picked up the vehicle. i would say they are well worth the time, and money. I will take my vehicle to their shop for even routine maintenance.

I dropped off my car for transmission fluid flush and fill. They checked my transmission to make sure it could be safely purged, then replaced my fluid. I appreciate the Safety first. They're regular price was comparable to everyone else however, I used a coupon that made the price incredible! Thank you aamco! The only reason I didn't give them five stars was because I had to call twice to find out the status of my car. I was told they would call me back but they didn't. When they work on their communication, they will be a five-star excellent facility.

Visited AAMCO this morning. The customer service was excellent. Did their best to fit me in, which was much appreciated. Rob was awesome to work with. The waiting area looked well maintained and clean. Had good recommendations for my vehicle and I didn't feel pressured when noting them. Was in and out within an hour. I highly recommend them.

My 2015 Ram 3500 is at this location as we speak has been there going on 2 weeks. At this point I can’t comment on their work but customer service is terrible. I’ve been given no update on my vehicle. I choose this ammco because it was the closest at the time. Usually I go to ammco in Alexandria on picket st. I’ve never had these problems with ammco before. I called no one answers the phone I left a message no response. The first time I called the young Lady at the front desk told me I would hear from the mechanic , that’s never happen. Can say it’s a bad place but at this point I feel inconvenienced .( Heater core Replacement) I’ll definitely be doing an update.
