I took my wife’s infiniti to this location, 03/03/26 for the transmission maintenance. Received the vehicle back, the very next day! This location seems to have a new user app that is very customer user friendly. I was notified the status of the car, the estimated cost to perform said duties and full color copies of the vehicle upon checkin and of areas of concern! It was as if I was in the shop with the technician! I had a transmission replaced on this same vehicle, several years earlier! Customer service was outstanding several years ago and was just as outstanding last week! Thank you for a great customer experience Jason, the face of Aamco Cobb Parkway!!!!

I was recommended here by another shop for my transmission. Had high expectations as the recommending shop praised their work. Jason went above and beyond in order to exceed those expectations. Luckily, the guys diagnosed my vehicle and determined it wasn’t the transmission. I didn’t pay a dime. They went through a full inspection of my car including photos every step of the way to ensure full transparency. Couldn’t recommend these guys enough. Call them for any transmission, axle, or mounting needs.

I’m a young woman and first-time car owner. When my front tires began making weird noises when I turned my steering wheel, I took my car to the [chain auto servicer and also tire seller… you know the one] near me. I cant say enough about this team. I had an issue pop up with my jeep and within 24 hrs they had the issue diagnosed, fixed and back to me without hesitation. NO questions, concerns or theories. Straight facts. Something to be said for a business or any place when you walk in and everything is clean, organized and the team there communicates effectively. The "front door" of any business shows you what's behind the curtain and they have it figured out. Will definitely be my first call in the future!
