What an amazing experience at AAMCO Transmissions in Ocala. I drive a Jeep Wrangler and it was in need of some TLC. Keith and his team knocked it out of the park and made it like new again. The customer service and communication we're top notch. Thanks again for the great job.

I noticed my SUV with 187K miles on it started making some unusual hard clunking noises when my vehicle was shifting. I checked around the greater Ocala area and spoke with a few different transmission specialists; however, AAMCO on 17th Loop stood out from the other places due to the Center Manager, Mr. Keith Brown. Mr. Brown was professional, kind and direct. He answered all my questions and explained the process should I bring my vehicle there. I decided to bring my vehicle to AAMCO because of Mr. Brown and his expertise, as well as their additional warranty option. I was quoted to need a 5 day repair job and they got it done early in 4.5 days. It was a major job as my transmission required a complete rebuild among other issues. Keith was outstanding to deal with! From the initial phone call, to the quick follow up to let me know what was wrong with the car, he was nothing short of professional and accommodating. While we chose not to address the problem at that time, I had faith that Keith and his team would do an outstanding job.

When I dropped my truck off, I told them, I had upgraded from a 4L60E to 4L70E in my lifted Silverado , MrKieth said he never heard of one that was the moment I should have took my keys back off the counter and saved myself a $1,000 dollars for the rear ujoint that clearly isnt correct the same seals leak and the same issues plus more after 3 rides , biggest waste of time and he was sure to tell me no warranty on any work they did because it wasn't the factory transmission. Your work should be warrantied regardless but now I know why everybody said Ammco isn't the place to go. Worst financial decision of the year for me.

My experience was positive, they checked my car told me exactly what it needed and then proceeded to do a major tune- up. The car runs like new. Price was not cheap my car is almost 10 years old and it still runs great.
