Literally, when I return to Aamco, their services never cease to amaze me. Last year, Allen addressed and assisted me with all my concerns and guided me through the process of replacing a new transmission. This year, I scheduled my 12-month transmission follow-up. Denise scheduled my appointment for Monday, 2/16/26. From the moment I entered, Denise's Customer Service was exceptional. Her professionalism was amazing, and her communication was straightforward. Denise is definitely a great addition and asset to this establishment. Both Denise and Allen have successfully made me feel comfortable and confident enough to bring my car back. I recently had to replace my transmission and brakes, and it was done quickly and every step of the process was communicated with me. When I went back for the 10 day check, Alan took the time to double check a few other things I was worried about with my car. He made sure I felt safe in my vehicle, as well as offered to check it the following week if I wanted to stop in. Alan goes above and beyond to communicate every step of the way and makes sure his customers feel comfortable and safe, and he takes the time to answer any questions with patience and kindness. I had a good experience with Allan . He was very pleasant and his customer service skills are top tier. However, the owner Lee , I did not like his customer service or the way he handled my car issues. He has to know without customers you have no business. Overall, It was a alright experience with them. Its always great to have outstanding employees to make your feel appreciated and that was Allan. The owner should thank him for his commitment. (Take some lessons Lee) 😀

Stopped by AAMCO due to a service that needed to be done on my car, and Alen and his team took car of me perfectly! In and out smoothly 10/10 recommend!

Excellent service,The staff especially Allan was incredibly courteous and friendly, He explained me every detail about the transmission fluid change. Personally I wouldn’t go anywhere else for transmission work no my Jeep.
