Went here for an oil change and basic upkeep and had an AMAZING experience staff was extremely friendly and helpful offering a great seating area with water and snacks. They were very fast and I can tell they have great work ethic. The lady at the counter (didn’t get her name) was lovely very helpful and transparent about what I needed versus what I didn’t. If I could give 6 stars I could truly an above the bar experience especially with today’s issues with dishonesty in the mechanic industry. Spectacular company and will definitely be returning in the future!

Awesome customer sevice, came in for trans issues and needed a new trans replacement. Walked me through each and every step with ease. Will deffinetly recommend Caden and his team at the laveen location.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE. EVER. My husband and I spent 6 months trying to get our blue mini coop repaired - a seemingly simple start-up problem. They took a peek and told us it was the fuel injector and over $900 later it was "repaired". Sure enough we took it home and it had the SAME EXACT PROBLEM. We took it back. They claimed the part was defective and ordered a new one, replaced it, and we took it home. Sure enough, SAME EXACT PROBLEM - the car would not start. Then they came back and told us they needed a high pressure fuel injector and would hunt for the part. Ok so we waited. And waited. And waited. My husband called them weekly to check in and they would always brush him off. Finally the holidays rolled around and they told us to just take the car home and they would keep look

This place is always my first option they are, kind, honest, trustworthy , and very informative. This place has outstanding service!Mechanic Armando is very welcoming has been very helpful with any services needed on my vehicle from oil change to major issues I am extremely satisfied with the services and customer service itself! Will definitely come back! :)

Truly the best! The lady at the front counter is beyond helpful and very kind. Good priced and great work! I felt like they actually cared about me and my car. I will be returning when needed!
