Had problems with car starting “intermittently”. Was “not” a battery or starter issue, car cranked normally. Diagnosed the problem and provided a reasonable estimate for repair. Repair was completed in a reasonable amount of time. Was extremely pleased with the Customer Service. Both Jason and Rico were extremely courteous and provided answers to all my questions without hesitation. It’s rare to find a service staff as exceptional as they were. I was treated more like a neighborhood mechanic rather than a corporate facility. Highly recommended.

Life Savers! Exceptional Service from Jarrett - 10-Hour Drive Home Secured! My experience with this AAMCO location was absolutely perfect, especially thanks to the incredible customer service from Jarrett. We were on a cruise and, while parked, our truck began leaking transmission fluid. After another shop wrongly told us it was safe to drive 10 hours home, we called AAMCO with serious doubts.
