I was misinformed about a service. I asked for rear breaks and Tina agreed to that; however, she didn’t communicate (BEFORE charging) to me in order to get the rear brakes one needs to get rotors, also - because the two are one service . I paid for it, then realized I was charged for the rotors after hearing a noise from the tire rotation service and no air in my tires, from additional services, I received that day - that prompted me to thoroughly look at my receipt. Tina miscommunication to me - cost me $300. They also had no wind shield wiper fluid to add for my oils/filters change service and asked me to drive across the street to Meineke, after they had my car for 4 hours to get the fluid - when I got there to pick up my car!!!!! I showed up not realizing my tags had expired just five days earlier. I told them I could resolve it in 10 minutes, and the tow truck driver even showed them a valid, paid registration printed directly from the DC website. They still refused to accept the car. Even the tow truck driver mentioned he’s had multiple issues with this location—which, unfortunately, echoed my own experience. I was already giving them a second chance after they replaced the clutch on our Mini Cooper. That job wasn’t done properly either—the car wasn’t reassembled correctly, and we had ongoing problems afterward.

WOW is how I’d describe the them. Stupendous customer service! I was referred to this business by a mechanic at Walmart auto (which didn’t do transmissions). These folks are complete pros in terms of technical expertise, but their customer service was just as excellent and on par with big businesses. Tina was extremely patient with explaining the process to me, and I also had a chance to speak with BJ and Edwin (mechanic) who were wonderful as well. They were thorough with their diagnosis of the problem. I’m a loyal customer now, and would give them more $$$ if they ever expand to other service offerings!

I was referred from another mechanic shop and i was happy because they took out time to explain the cause of my transmission problem and fixed it. I was already thinking of selling off the car😊😊
