Man!! What a truly AMAZING EXPERIENCE!! I had some issues with my newly purchased 2020, low mileage Ford Fusion. My car was under warranty from DriveTime, and their front office gave me Aamco as a shop to use. They were completely ready for me when I arrived at my scheduled appointment time (0900) they diagnosed all my car’s issues within the first 15 minutes!! Everything was explained very thoroughly by the head guy, Brandon. Brandon went above and beyond with ensuring the warranty company understood the issues, and making sure everything was covered under the warranty.The mechanic, Lee, jumped on the issues immediately. They are open and honest about their prices. A lot of people forget that when you bring a vehicle somewhere else to get fixed you have to pay for the parts you need AND the labor for a skilled mechanic to remove what needs fixed (plus everything in the way) then fix or exchange it then put your vehicle back together which takes time and knowledge. These are some great guys that know what they're doing!!

AAMCO Transmissions is the real deal. Great customer service, clear communication, and solid work. They explained everything clearly and kept me updated throughout the process. No games, no surprises .. just quality service. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to others.

DO NOT USE OR LET THEM TALK YOU INTO A "FREE DIAGNOSTIC"!!! Terrible service!! They'll say free diagnostic but if you don't want the service after they say oh it's $118 for my labor. $118 for 5-10 minutes? When I told them I ran a diagnostic on it and told them it was the O2 sensor popping up. They said "Oh it only needs a major tune-up. That cost $2,000". I went and bought parts for said tune-up only $330. So labor costs that much now? Also very pushy to get your car in so they can scam you. DO NOT USE!!! Labor and diagnostic anywhere you go isn't $1600 when parts cost a fraction of the estimated amount of $2000

This company gave wrong diagnostic analysis of my transmission in limp mode. My car is still in limp mode after spending over $3,000 and one month with them. They are not willing to take responsibility for this mess!!! The headquarter of AAMCO has not intervened professionally, either so far to resolve the issue.
