I had such a great experience at AAMCO Upland! I brought my car in for service to get the A/C fixed and an oil change, and everything was handled quickly and professionally. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and very attentive. What really stood out to me was how they treated not just me, but also my 2-year-old son who was with me. They made sure we were both comfortable while waiting, and even went out of their way to make the experience stress-free for us. Really happy with the quick and reliable service from AAMCO in Upland. I had a previous shop look at my car and they were unable to figure out the issue with my transmission. I towed it to Aamco for a second look. Shaun took it in right away and his team ended up fixing it the same day. My car runs great and feels like new! Definitely making AAMCO my first stop next time! Although I didn’t get my car fixed here, Riley at the front desk was so helpful and kind. Sam did the best he could to tell me what was wrong but unfortunately my transmission was just going to require more work than I was willing to pay for considering it has 130k miles. I would highly recommend this ship because they are honest and thorough

I called earlier today and spoke to the center manager the shop is looking technicians to service customers vehicles. The person took my name and phone number. Said that he was tied up with customers. This was about 9am. Since I didn’t hear back I called the shop again at 1:40 pm and Sam answered the phone. I said I was calling back again and Sam abruptly hung up the phone. They advertised for someone who had the skills which I have decades of experience. There’s something wrong at this shop.

Have to give it up to these guys phenomenal work. Eric the GM took very good care of me after coming in from a shawty place Eric was able to remedy the bad work and fix my problem. They have earned my business that's for sure and were $200 cheaper than my previous quote. Thanks again guys it's not easy to find honest mechanics definitely will be coming back.
