Don’t take your auto there after 12p on a Friday when they close at 5:30p. They told me that they could do the work and have my auto back to me today. Get there and the rep said it’s too late in the day. “We can’t do it today.” It was a simple brake job.

I had the best experience ever at any shop I have been to before! The mechanic did more amazing work in the short time they had my car. Mr. Calvin, at the front, was the most professional I have seen anyone at a mechanic or repairs shop in the state! I definitely will be back as my car is old and needs some work, but I have found my go-to spot for any work that is beyond my knowledge!

UPDATE: Calvin approved a warranty replacement. He said he was unaware that I still reported problems during the last test drive and he was unaware that I told the mechanic (the one that laughed) that I was going to take it to another AAMCO. From the report he received from the mechanic, he thought the issues were resolved. After I spoke with Calvin again he apologized and replaced the transmission. The new transmission is working great. Make sure you talk directly with Calvin about any issues you're having. The transmission of my 2017 Jeep Compass went out towards the end of August 2025. At first, Calvin and the WPB AAMCO team were great. They had my vehicle towed and I paid about $6k for a used transmission to be installed. The Jeep ran great for about a week. The service was excellent and Calvin given the very best customer service while working with me and the completion of the repair. Calvin called a few day later to see if everything was OK with the car.

These Google reviews are fake. Go check Yelp This place is NOT a real AAMCO! Its a knock off franchise. Please have read this review before youve been ripped off. It is what is/has already been said. Totally over priced rip off, and tried to make me pay is cash to have my car released. Front counter name is Calvin, and plays like there is a GM he reports to. All a lie. I cant believe they are still in business, Im guessing they have no repeat customers. I went as far as to call the Sheriff. Still no avail...
