I trust this team with all my vehicles. Never had a problem with them in the years I’ve been coming here. My wife is quick to protest dropping the car off at any shop even if it’s just to perform a simple inspection but she never had any problems with the team at A&B. We are very fortunate we found them and will continue to trust our cars with them for years to come.

The mechanics here are completely incompetent. I brought my 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee there 2 weeks ago because it was overheating. They replaced my thermostat with a really cheap one, which failed a week later. The mechanic also didn't fully diagnose the problem. I was having a flow issue with my water pump. I replaced the pump myself with the help of a friend and took my jeep pack to A&B, and I asked them to test the head gasket, do a block test, and replace the thermostat they installed. They didn't do any of that. All they did was take out the thermostat and tolled me it's not overheating now. So I had to go out and buy a quality thermostat and install it myself. In all, they charged $450 for parts and labor, and they didn't fix the issue I was having and removed the part they installe

They gave me the “women’s pricing”. I had my husband go in and it was almost 20% cheaper. These guys are horrible! There’s plenty of others down the street to choose from. Idk why we chose them.

Unpleasant experience made better by the awesome assistance and service we got! We were on the road for over two weeks with my husband. Already exhausted at that point, we ran in to some car trouble 6 hours from home. The car wouldn't start while we were coming thought New York state. We tried calling a few places to get toed, but no luck. We found a garage a few miles away and called. They gave us the number to a tow truck we could call and started looking for parts while we were waiting to get towed. The tow truck from Freeman's towing came very fast, and the guy was so nice! He said that he doesn't like to keep people waiting and that we were in good hands with A&B.
